Looking NW at the new additions to the stern (back end) of, “Americas Finest”.
Next image is the welders view of the inner section of the bow that is under construction and will be sealed. You can see all the braces utilized to level and hold the ribs in place to be permanently fused (welded). Braces build strength and allow space for displaced air to float steel. As a side note it took incredible agility for the photographer to obtain this shot. The men that assisted me enjoyed the spectacle.
Next up is an outside view of the bulbous nose and bow of the ship from the outside of the previous image.
